no luck with the new space, keeping the old one for now

well today I went out to check out the possible place that would become my studio. The location is beneath the basement, when some would call sub- basement. The initial space was huge but was broken up like cubicles and really no privacy if i needed to stay over night if I had to. Oh well I just came back to my studio and kindly reminded these people about my door, maybe one day it'll get worked on.
