looking for new office space

For the past month after moving into my new space I noticed my door of entry was hard to open. Four times I asked the people that handle the establishment to fix my door and give me keys to the other door. Three weeks later I got keys for my second door but to no avail was the door fixed even after i explained to them what was causing the door to stick.
One thing about me is this, i will give someone a few chance to do something after I ask kindly especially if I'm paying you to use the place. Since this issue haven't been resolved i'm not paying and tomorrow I'll be looking into another spot that is bigger for the same price and in the heart of downtown Baltimore. Now there might be a price i might be paying and that's if the utilities aren't included and I have to get it turned on. Second is getting some type of internet service into the space. Wish me luck.
